1. Shipping Information

Express shipping is only available to select countries: USA, Canada, Australia, UK, New Zealand.
Processing time is 1 - 2 business days after receipt of order.
Estimated Arrival Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
During peak seasons (e.g. Black Friday and Christmas), shipping may take an additional 5-7 business days.
Due to customs policies, packages may not include glue, batteries, wax or paint.

Logistics carriers: Usps, Fedex, Ups, Yunexpress, Yanwen Logistics, FulfilmentByAmazon, will arrange the best solution for delivery according to the principle of proximity.

We wil bear the full cost of return logistics for returns due to product reasons, we are not responsible forshipping costs for returns due to personal reasons. Please consider carefully before placing an order.

2.Free shipping for purchases over $99 or more!

3.All products do not include additional taxes and fees, subject to actual price.

 

2.Canceling an Order

If within 48 hours of purchasing an order, duplicate purchases / wrong order address / wrong contact information / no reason for not wanting to buy, we accept 48-hour refunds, the product is not out of the warehouse, please feel free to contact us at the first time for a refund. You may cancel your order until it enters the "In Stock" status. For information on the status of your order while it is in transit, please see your account page.
PLEASE NOTE
(1) ,We accept 24 hours written notice of cancellation for a 100% full refund without any reason before the product is shipped.
(2) ,We accept 48 hours notice of cancellation for a full 80% refund without any reason before the product is shipped out of the warehouse.
(3), We do not accept order cancellation without any reason more than 48 hours, due to the cumbersome scheduling of the warehouse, if you need a refund, please notify us to solve the problem within the specified time, please understand.
(4), If you receive the product, due to product quality problems, you can apply for a refund within 35 days without reason, thank you.


3.Refund

Items returned within 35 days from the date of purchase are eligible for a full refund of the original purchase amount or exchange for an item of equal value. Items returned after 35 days from the date of the original receipt are not eligible for a refund or exchange. Refund amount does not include shipping and handling charges.

Only unused products in their original unopened packaging may be returned.

All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

We will notify you when we receive your return. We will inspect the returned item(s) within 2-4 business days and determine if the item(s) are eligible for a full refund/exchange.

 - All returns and refunds must be requested within 35 days of receiving your purchase at support@ugeargeek.com or on the Contact Us page.
 - Please provide your order number and the reason for the return or refund. We will review your request and will contact you as soon as possible and an after-sales specialist will send you a further email.
 - Refunds or returns are only available for products purchased on ugeargeek.com. If you purchased on another site, please contact the seller directly for a refund.
 - Returns must be in their original packaging and condition and accompanied by a receipt. If the returned item is not in good condition, we will refuse to accept it.
 - We will bear the full cost of return logistics for returns due to product reasons, we are not responsible for shipping costs for returns due to personal reasons. Please consider carefully before placing an order.

Once approved, we will issue a refund and reimburse you in the original form of payment. Refunds and exchanges do not include packaging or shipping costs.

Delayed/Lost Refunds (if applicable)
If your refund has not been issued within the required number of days, please check your payment account. If the refund has not been credited to your payment account, please contact your bank as it may take more time for the refund to be reflected in your account. There is usually a processing delay before the refund is credited to your account.

4.Time of Refunds

Once the return is received and inspected for accuracy, we will notify you via email that we have received the return. After we approve your refund request, the refund operation will be carried out within 2 business days. We will also send you an email to inform you of the latest refund status in the first instance.

However, it will take some time for your payment bank to process the refund. If you have any questions about when you will receive your refund, please contact your bank for details.

Items that are not related to the products sold (e.g., Gift Cards, etc.) may not be included in the above terms and conditions.

If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer shall bear the shipping cost. The exact cost is subject to the courier company you choose.
If the goods received are damaged or incorrect due to us, the consumer is not liable for shipping costs for this.

Special Note: Virtual products are not included.
