Transportation Statement
-Standard shipping:7-12 business days.
- Express shipping: 4-6 business days (USA, Canada, Australia, UK, New Zealand.)
- Free shipping applies to online purchases of $99 or more, otherwise $11.99*.
* Eligible purchases must be equal to or greater than the merchandise threshold; any fees or value of gift cards purchased do not count toward the merchandise total.
Express shipping is only available to select countries: USA, Canada, Australia, UK, New Zealand.
Processing time is 1 - 2 business days after receipt of order.
Estimated Arrival Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
During peak seasons (e.g. Black Friday and Christmas), shipping may take an additional 5-7 business days.
Due to customs policies, packages may not include glue, batteries, wax or paint.
Logistics carriers: Usps, Fedex, Ups, Yunexpress, Yanwen Logistics, FulfilmentByAmazon, will arrange the best solution for delivery according to the principle of proximity.

Pre-orders and backorders
• Pre-orders are sets that are coming soon! They’re not out yet, but you can still place your order.
• Shipping dates for pre-order and backordered items are shown on the product page, in your bag, and in the order summary at checkout.
• Items will ship as soon as they become available. We’ll email you to let you know when your order leaves our warehouse.
• If you’ve ordered other items in addition to your pre-order or backordered item, the rest of the order will ship separately.
• If you’ve qualified for any free or promotional items, they’ll ship with the next available items in your order.
